Nervous going in.: Maybe you were anxious going in and relaxed when it was over. Otherwise i would have to know your heart rate and blood pressure at baseline and after donating blood. If your heart rate increased after donating blood, your PVC's and PAC's may have been suppressed. There are other issues as well for example whether the ectopy initially was while standing or supine and ditto at the end.
