Recently I've had off and on pain in knees mostly when moving around,redness, soreness, hurts when bending making it hard to move,hip pain, feels like I can't carry myself around stiffness these symptoms in both knees same spot I don't overuse them?
Sore and swollen knee, leg, foot, hip and rib. Numbness and tightening muscles, stiffness all on right side and severe pain at times. ?
Have very bad pain on outer/lateral hip near iliac crest, very tender, pain gets worse and have stiffness after sitting for a while. What could this be? And how can I help it? I've tried heat and stretching.
