RLS: Rls is predominantly a clinical diagnosis pain burning or itching on resting relief obtained by movement happens usually in the evening before bedtime. Sleep study is not needed to diagnose RLS per aasm and sleep apnea incidence remains the same at 5% so unless you have symptoms suggestive of sleep apnea then a sleep study will be indicated.
