Possibly RLS: If you have an urge to move your legs, worse near bedtime, a "creepy, crawling" sensation, ; the feelings get worse w/ rest ; are better with movement, it may be restless legs syndrome (rls). To determine if this is the case, please consult with a sleep medicine specialist who can also help treat it or determine if its another condition which may mimic rls. Avoid caffeine near bedtime.
