Find the cause: We spend around 30 yrs. of our lives sleeping! (8 hrs/Day). So there are so many things that could be causing your insomnia, probably around 100. Start w your primary physician who can do the basic screening and direct you to a specialist if needed. Some are simple other could be serious. Basic sleep hygiene could temporary help, search the internet.
