Here are some ...: The changing location of testis after inguinal herniorrhaphy is usually just fix at a higher spot of scrotum by scar so not retractable. If over time you can cope well, leave it alone; if annoying and unbearable, it needs to be evaluated to decide if additional care is required, such as nerve block or exploration & repositioning it - orchiopexy. So, see the surgeon or other dedicated like surgeon.
