See your surgeon: You need to follow up with your surgeon. It may not be significant in your case, but back pain after gall bladder surgery can indicate complications such as bile leak, infection, etc... By this time, any discomfort from the gas used during surgery should be gone. It's possible it's just muscle strain, but any new symptoms in a post-op period should be reported to your surgeon.
