See details: Forget the MRI results. This sounds much more like an inflammatory arthritis than any meniscal damage. See a rheumatologist before considering any surgery.

It could be a number: of things. You need to see an Orthopedist in your area to be properly examined, before any treatment could be started. Good Luck.
