A 40-year-old female asked:

i woke up 3am and couldn't move my right arm very well. my heart rate went up to 120 got the shakes right side of face felt numb. bp 125/78 hr 103. now things are feeling a little back to normal. what could this be? anxiety?

Be seen: Focal symptoms of right arm and right face associated with tachycardia are concerning for cerebral vascular event. Atrial fib would be a possible mechanism. You should be evaluated. I would let your provider know.
