Have an EKG done: A resting heart rate between 60-100 is the most common range. Athletes often have resting heart rates ranging between 40-60. Most importantly if this is not new, and you don't have symptoms of lightheadedness, fainting spells, exceptional fatigue or shortness of breath at rest and with activity you are probably ok, but do get an EKG to check underlying hearth rhythm.
