Liquids and bland: Liquids such as water or Gatorade are ok, and you could try bland foods such as toast, crackers, soup, bananas, etc. Good luck!

Try a little bit: If you are not actively vomiting, it's best if you try to eat a little bit. Complex carbs and easy to digest proteins are your best bet, so something like a few bites of peanut butter toast or scrambled eggs, plain pasta. First and foremost, though, is to make sure you are getting fluids. BUT GO SLOW. A sip or two, wait a few minutes, then another sip or two. No dairy right now. REST, rest, rest..
