Attending physician: Hospitals are operated to treat problems that cannot be taken care of in any other venue. Once a problem is controlled to the point that hospitalization is no longer required it is time to send you to another location or home to complete therapy. Patients do not stay in hospitals until all issues are gone. Sounds like you should talk to your "attending" physician.

May be: Your are in the right ward. As long as your doctors are away of your conditions and managing them appropriately and your are followed by infectious disease doctors you will be fine
