I had gastritis last tuesday doctor told me to be on a bland diet for a while i've taken the medicine i was prescribed and the antacid, i havnt had any stomach issues or pressure since the 11th when would it be okay to start eating normally again?

Probably fine, but take it slow. Complex sauces or fatty foods are slow to digest & spend extra time in the stomach. You might try one regular thing at a time until you are back where you were.
