A member asked:

Can the removal of one testicle (due to a tortion) cause discomfort for the other? after examination doctor said the one left has no problem.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Torsion: Typically if one testis is detorsed, or removed for torsion, the other testis is stitched into place so that it cannot twist in the future. If that was performed, there could be some post-surgical pain.
