Side pain: You may be getting side stitches which is a benign condition that comes o quickly and passes quickly. Ibuprofen can help if condition becomes too painful

Hi Doc, Im 36, these few days I have been getting slight on n off chest tightness, with slight cramping. Unable to lay on my left side as well as it feels pressure. Also little dizziness n lightheaded at times. ?
Blunt-force/twisting caused dent in left ribs/costal under chest, lower ribs to stick out slightly. Doc says leave it for now. Will it right itself?
