Having chest pain that comes goes and pain in left arm went to the doc and had ekg everything normal. i checked bp 10 times could that cause arm pain?

I don't think so: your pain may be musculoskeletal or stress induced. At your age, coronary artery disease is very low probability. Bp check usually doesn't cause Arm pain but as you are telling me that you checked 10 times that may suggest you are anxious about it which it self can cause psychogenic pain. Try Tylenol (acetaminophen) .
