Yes.: There are medications that heal anal fissures. Yes, antipsychotics can cause constipation. To avoid that side-effect , stool softeners like Colace and Miralax powder with plenty of water are given. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can also cause constipation. See your doctor ASAP.
