6 years old girl with anal fissure due to constipation has started to have low grade fever ranging from 99 to 101.3 f. is it just due to fissure and will go away once fissure heals? she is taking lexatives to soften the stool?

Unrelated: I do not consider any fever as a sign of a simple anal fissuer.Kids that age have a variety of simple transient viral illnesses every year & sometimes bacterial infections. I would not attribute the fever to the fissure and monitor her other areas to see if they are involved.
