Yes they can: oxycodone will show up, depending on when you are tested after taking it, and what your specific metabolic pathways, as oxycodone, oxymorphone, morphine and codeine. Opana, which is hydromorphone will end up as morphine and codeine. At the final stage of metabolism, they both may look the same, but in most people you can tell which they took, sometimes by the ratios of metabolites.
