Oxycodone half-life: Oxycodone is a prescription pain medication that is used to treat moderate to severe pain. It has a short half life of 5 hours. It takes approximately 6 half lives for a drug to be eliminated from your system. 5*6/24=1.25 days. The oxycodone will stay in your system for over 1.25 days. Hope it helps.
