Can you tell me if morphine shortens the time people have left on hospice?

No: The purpose of morphine is to alleviate pain. In the United States we do NOT use it to shorten the life of a hospice patient.

No, morphine does no: The value of morphine is that relives anxiety and reduces pain and apprehension. By doing this, provides a better frame of mine for the patient.
