Many times, yes: If by erythrophobia you mean the fear of blushing, yes, I had one client who was able to resolve this issue after 3 hypnosis sessions. Everybody however is different as far as their issue with blushing or the reason they have the fear, so best to consult with your physician first or a hypnotherapist. (There is a difference between hypnotist and hypnotherapist as far as training.)
