Absolutely not: Over 60 years history using Fluorides. Incidence of lung issues in children has not changed. Fluoride, like any medication, should be used EXACTLY as directed. 1st Dental appointment Age 1 (best with Pediatric Dental Specialist) who can talk to you about the right balance of fluoridated water, toothpaste, mouthwashes, etc. in your community.
