Is it possible for everyone to have eye floaters but not know it?

Sometimes: To see floaters they must be in the central visual axis and the vision must be good enough for them to be viewed. A poorly sighted eye may have floaters but they will not be seen. And many floaters occur out of the visual axis and can be seen by your ophthalmologist but you will not notice them.
