Different: Problem is that floaters can come in clusters and in different sizes and shapes. Makes it hard to say what one looks like. There are some good simulations on youtube, but they only represent one person's interpretation. The appearance thus varies and can change over time also. Also a great idea to get your eyes examined if you have floaters.
