Hard to say...: ...given that we have very limited good data on the natural course of delusional disorder, which is characterized by delusions that are unaccompanied by other psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations. Most people suffering from the disorder have limited insight, do not seek psychiatric help, meaning scientific data is scarce. Antipsychotics can produce at least partial relief in many cases.
