Need diagnosis...: In order to determine if you have COPD, you would need to have pulmonary function tests done. If it shows chronic obstruction, then you most likely have COPD. You need to quit smoking ASAP since you are at high risk of developing COPD the longer you smoke. COPD is a progressive disease and progression slows down if you quit smoking. Your doc can help you quit so see your doctor ASAP!
