What to do if i have no clue how ive done this but my big toe and the extensor hallucis longus - there is a bit of my foot where aparently its the 1st metatarsal?

Big toe and ehl: I'm sorry , but your question really makes no sense . The ehl tendon runs on top of the first metatarsal for all humans and inserts just before the growth center of the nail on the hallux .
