See your doctor: It depends on how deep these lacerations are and how they occurred (i.e. sharp clean knife vs rusty metal, etc). Being not far out from time of injury, you should see a physician to determine if the lacerations can be washed out and sutured closed. You may require oral antibiotics to prevent infection and/or a tetanus shot. It's hard to say without knowing the history, so it's best to see a doctor

Self inflicted?: May need stitches if wound depth > 1/4”, wound edges are gaping or jagged or if fat / muscle is visibly extending from wound. If you can’t stop bleeding that requires medical intervention. See: http://www.mayoclinic.org/first-aid/first-aid-cuts/basics/art-20056711. When was last tetanus shot. If self- inflicted get care regardless of actual wounds.
