Thorough Eval: If it has not yet been done, I would recommend a thorough physical by your Family Doctor to include bloodwork. If you have symptoms of sleep apnea - mention these to the doctor - loud snoring, morning headaches, non-restorative sleep, daytime sleepiness. If you are not currently exercising, then starting an exercise program will help greatly in getting better sleep. Finally, try some melatonin.
