Insomnia: Hard question to answer without specifics. Insomnia does affect your daytime function. So if you feel impaired and have a job that is affected, let your employer know. The other issue is that people with insomnia do better with a regular schedule so it is good to have regular activity. Sometimes work helps to keep you o ntrack. Work can be very stressful and actually cause insomnia. Help?
