Meditation...: & deep breathing relaxation... Even if u can only do it for 3 minutes initially until u work ur way up to a 30 minute relaxation session within a few weeks! u're investing in urself & ur future by doing that, so don't feel rushed to master it immediately! if severe & very stressful mind racing, consult also w/ a psychiatrist/psychologist. Focus on enjoying the process; outcome will follow!

Breath.: If you can find a quiet place - do so. Breath in slowly; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of six then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to. Get checked to ensure that there is not a medical cause or problems like anxiety or mania/hypomania.
