Depends: If you are experiencing symptoms of mania or hypomania, standard mood stabilizers work. They include lithium, topiramate, lamotrigene, depakote, and some antipsychotics. If your thoughts are more along the lines of obsessional rumination, then the traditional antidepressants, taken at higher doses, work well. Please seek evaluation from a psychiatrist who can diagnose and treat you.
