Ask questions: IUGR is a label for the fetus that is not growing as big as expected for dates. It can be due to genetic, infectious, metabolic or structural reasons. For many, no real cause is evident, but most are followed closely as pregnancy progresses. It can be that the placenta is not working well.If it works poorly during pregnancy it won't do well during the stress of labor. C/S delivery may be needed

A small subchorionic hematoma was just discovered at 9w3d. Im pregnant with twins and babies are thriving. Prior to this Ive had scans where there were no SCHs seen. ER doc says its pretty small and not to worry but what are chances of miscarriage?
