Be vigilant ..: Blurry vision wouldn't necessary be related to the physical removal of your gallbladder. I would be more concerned it is related to some of the medications often prescribed to the post-operative patient. If you were given a scopolamine patch for nausea, this is common. To a lesser extent it could be related to post-operative pain medications. Nonetheless you should seek input in person.

Do not ignore: Visual changes after surgery are surprisingly frequent. A study reported 4.2% new onset blurred vision lasting at least 3 days after surgery, with 1% requiring new or updated corrective lenses for persistent blurry vision. There were no significant risk factors or specific causes identified. Discuss this with your primary medical provider; you may benefit from referral to an eye-care specialist.
