Vitreomacular VMT: VMT can progress and lead to a macular hole. A new drug: JETREA® (ocriplasmin) Intravitreal Injection, 2.5 mg/mL, is a proteolytic enzyme indicated for the treatment of symptomatic vitreomacular adhesion and helps prevent a hole and even reverse a hole if present which some miraculous results. Best of luck.
