Pressure in Ear: Sensations of fullness in the ear with no physical findings plus a history of taking allergy medications can be caused by Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. The middle ear chamber is air filled and relies on the Eustachian Tube to keep equal pressure with the outside. Upper airway congestion can block the tube causing a fluid sensation. See your primary care doctor or Allergist for treatment options.
