Many bulging veins on top of feet. duplex ultrasound showed no reflux or insufficiency & veins are not varicose. can they be treated to improve look?

Maybe: Those veins are likely there due to being young and healthy. would leave them alone. very common to see veins on feet. if appearance really bothers you, see a surgeon about phlebectomy.

Not easily: Normal veins on the feet that are unsightly because they bulge and the overlying skin is thin is a common cosmetic concern that is not easily addressed. Sclerotherapy in this location has a high risk for adverse skin pigmentation. Surgery can be done, but it does have higher than typical risk for nerve injury due to the location on the foot, where many nerves exist close to the surface.
