Treatments options.: Bulging foot veins are a common complaint in the world of venous disease. There are several options for treatment including leaving them alone or removing them through tiny micro incisions (microphlebectomies). This is strictly a cosmetic procedure. There probably is a hereditary component to your veins and there is no way of telling if they will worsen over time or stay the same.
