Sclerotherapy: Sclerothetapy or some of the new lasers that are specific for blood vessels. Either way, you have to keep up on them. Often will need treatment every couple of years.

Sclerotherapy: Sclerotherapy is the gold standard for the treatment of leg spider veins. Occasionally a topical laser can be used for very small leg spider veins but sclerotherapy remains the standard.
