Maybe ..............: Asclera/Polidocanol is a detergent sclerosant that burns less than hypertonic saline, the most traditional sclerosant. It also has a lower chance of skin ulceration than hypertonic saline , although the risk is quite low. However if the traditional hypertonic saline still works and for some veins it is still the most effective. Both tools that a skilled vein expert can use to get the best result.
