Common : Pregnancy increases the vascularity of your nasal passages. Sometimes prolonged coughing during pregnancy can cause you to get a nose bleed and this can show up when you cough and also in your nasal mucus. Its important to mention it to your ob to make sure there isn't something else going on. (For example, TB can make you cough up blood but its uncommon.) Best wishes!
