extreme right shoulder pain. very limited mobility, just got left are out of a sling after breaking my humerus. am afraid i tore cuff in right arm.

Sounds like: you are developing capsulitis, or frozen, shoulder. Have your orthopedic surgeon take a look at it. Shoulder problems seem more common in diabetics too.
