Shoulderpain: Tough to say without examining you. Your symptoms sound as if you at least strained one of your ligaments in your shoulder, with a possible co-existing Muscle strain of your scapula. See your doctor for an evaluation and proper diagnosis to assure you get the best advice and treatment. Best wishes.
