No: Your GF did not become pregnant by swallowing semen containing sperm. If her menstrual period is late it may be from numerous other causes, but if she is pregnant and you did not have vaginal intercourse or somehow deposit semen on her genitalia then she is not telling you something. Get a home urine test kit and check her first voided AM urine. This is not a result of oral sex.

If the pregnancy test was negative the overwhelming odds are that she is not, and the missed period (very common) is due to other factors. Don't know what you are confused about, but sperm do not get into female reproductive organs through the GI tract.
