See answer: In most cases, a tipped, tilted, retroverted uterus is genetic and is perfectly normal but there are other factors that can cause the uterus to be tilted including: prior pelvic surgery, pelvic adhesions, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease, or pregnancy and the labor of childbirth. Not caused by vaginitis (bsv or yeast).
