Migraine discussion: Migraine is a neurobiology. As part, effect of bright lights is well recognized, though complex to explain. Pupil dilation (such as during eye exam) might increase migraines but typically short duration (e.g. hours) after the eye exam. Pupils go back to normal. As a persistent effect this would be improbable as related to temporary pupil dilation with exam. Concurrent but separate issue?

Co incident: Bright lights can trigger migraine in migraine sufferer. It is likely that with pupillary dilitation more light went in eyes and triggered your migraine. If now you are getting frequent migraines you should see a neurologist.
