Have pain just below the knee cap when playing squash? what is the cause and how to remedy that?

Arthritis: You probably have some degree of osteoarthritis which is wear and tear of the cartilage which is cushioning between bones. You will need Knee X-rays to diagnose. You can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for pain. There are also topical creams to help soothe the discomfort.
