Nothing ASAP: Calcification in this setting is caused by trauma and inflammation that is not allowed to properly heal. Rest and the appropriate stretching and exercise (physical therapy) is the indicated thing when one has knee injuries and pain. Not letting the tissue heal properly leads to scarring, calcification, and deformity. Sounds like you need to learn more about the injuries you have and how to heal.
