Become more active: The only way to truly loose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. Therefore, you must cut down your intake while increasing your activity. As for becoming taller, that is genetically determined. If your parents are short, you may be destined to be short. However, you may want to visit an endocrinologist for growth hormone testing if you are the only short one in your family!
